How Does a Webstore Work?
1. Tell Us About Your Store
Complete our webstore questionnaire with information about your group, the products you would like to offer, your timeline, and any fundraising goals.
2. Choose Your Products and Designs
We’ll work with you to choose appropriate apparel, colors, decoration methods, and designs. Every item offered in your store will be reviewed and approved before the store opens.
3. We Build Your Store
Colossal Printing creates your customized online store. Your group receives a direct link that can be shared through email, social media, newsletters, team apps, or your organization’s website.
4. Customers Order Online
Customers visit the store, choose their products and sizes, and pay online. You do not have to collect individual orders, sizes, or payments.
5. We Produce the Orders
Once the ordering period closes, we organize and produce the approved orders in-house at Colossal Printing.
6. Orders Are Distributed
Depending on the store arrangement, completed orders may be packaged for group distribution, available for pickup, or handled using another approved delivery method.
